About Us
Asko Contracting was established in October 2000 and
was renamed and registered as Asko Painting Limited
Liability Company (LLC) on April 01, 2001. It is located
on 308 Sharp Street Hackettstown, New Jersey. Sole
owner and principal operator is Asmir Mesalic.
Asmir Mesalic was born in 1978 in
the town Brcko,
Bosnia. He came to the U.S. as a 15 year old young man
in 1993. Just as soon as he came he started working as
a helper in painting company, Irvin Painting. Quickly
learning the craft and acquiring the skills he moved up to
the rank of the painter. What started as a summer job
turned into full time employment once he graduated High
School. When Irvin Painting moved away he started
working with ADM Painting LLC. At first he was a painter
but later was promoted to a crew foreman and job
estimator. In five years with ADM Painting he perfected
his craftsmanship as well as acquired management and
estimating skills. He worked with ADM Painting until fall
of 2000 when he felt secure enough to venture on his
own.
In our years of existence we, Asko Painting LLC, have
painted interiors and exteriors of many homes in
northern New Jersey particularly in Warren and Morris
counties. Most of our business is residential repaints but
we also undertake new construction, commercial and
industrial jobs. We will contract many jobs during a year,
ranging in price between $300.00 and $15000.00.
The core of our business are residential single family
homes where we have perfected all stages of prep and
finish work for both interior and exterior. We are
dedicated to our customer’s needs from the estimation
through to the completion of our project. Our jobs are
always approached with highest care and attention thus
resulting in highest quality jobs completed in a timely
manner. Our goals for the future are always to strive to
improve our services and to continue to bring high
quality painting craftsmanship to our customers for many
years to come.
